Vertical louvers on faculty offices in Barcelona [498]
These great slats, which in most of the building cover the glass from floor to ceiling, protect the openings of south of the façade of the Faculty of Biology.
They mainly protect offices, shading from direct sunrays, with a manual movement. In addition, they almost allow darkening of the inner space. In classes, an inner curtain allows complete darkening.
The slats are grouped, so that all slats of the same office move together.
