Transparency and opacity of microperforated sheet [445]
The chosen facade is characterized by a covering of perforated metal sheet that provides privacy to the rooms immediately behind the façade, without involving the loss of outward visibility. Also, this first layer ensures some solar protection that is complemented from the inside with a beige shade.
The interesting point about this case is the difference between the image and benefits of the sheet seen from the inside and from the outside.
After speaking with the users of the building, most opinions on the facade were positive; the only objection was that the sheets that were not properly secured were noisy on windy days.
